Pickup is free. After checkout you receive an order QR code. Bring it to the store and staff scans it to release your order. Orders are held for 5 business days.

What is the return policy?

Liquidation sales are final unless the item is significantly not as described. Contact support within 48 hours of pickup or delivery so the team can review it.

How do rewards points work?

Earn 1 point per dollar spent at participating stores. 100 points equals $1 in BidBinBuy-funded reward credit, so the store owner's product payout is not reduced unless that store opted into a store-funded promotion.

Do you ship orders?

Many items can ship nationwide. Local pickup is available when the store offers it. Shipping is quoted at checkout from carrier rates when connected, plus a disclosed BidBinBuy shipping service fee paid by the customer.

Can BidBot track my order?

Yes. BidBot can help with order status and tracking after you provide your order number and the email used at checkout. If the issue needs a person, BidBot can create a human escalation.

How do auctions work?

Live auctions are for higher-value finds. Place a bid before the timer ends. If you win, BidBinBuy guides you through payment and pickup or shipping.
