BidBinBuy items are final sale except for limited delivery, loss, duplicate charge, or materially misdescribed listing cases. Carefully review product condition and descriptions before checkout.
Why No Returns?
BidBinBuy operates as a marketplace for liquidation, bin store, and closeout merchandise. This business model requires a final sale policy because:
- •Items are sourced from bin stores, liquidation sales, and closeout retailers
- •Products are heavily discounted (often 50-90% below retail)
- •Inventory is limited and changes constantly
- •Items are sold as-is condition without manufacturer warranty
- •Return processing would make business model unsustainable
Understanding Condition Ratings
New
Original packaging intact, never used, manufacturer sealed. May have minor storage marks on box.
Open Box
Original box opened but product never used. All original packaging and accessories included. No signs of use.
Used
Item is fully functional with normal cosmetic wear from use. Works as intended. May have minor scratches or marks consistent with normal use.
Damaged
Item has cosmetic damage, missing accessories, or functional issues. Specific issues described in listing. Not recommended unless you understand the damage.
What We Guarantee
Exceptions (Limited Cases)
While all sales are final, we do address specific issues:
Item Arrived Damaged in Shipping
- 1. Contact seller within 24 hours of delivery
- 2. Provide photos showing damage and original packaging
- 3. Seller may refund, reship, or credit account
Item Lost or Never Delivered
- 1. Contact us immediately with tracking number
- 2. We verify with carrier for non-delivery
- 3. Full refund issued if carrier confirms loss
Item Significantly Different from Listing
- 1. Contact seller with photo evidence within 48 hours
- 2. Example: Item labeled 'New' but clearly used
- 3. Seller discretion for refund or replacement
Shipping Charges and Service Fees
Shipping totals may include the carrier quote, an optional shipping markup, and a BidBinBuy shipping service fee. These amounts are shown before payment and are paid by the customer as part of shipping.
Shipping charges and service fees are generally non-refundable once a label is purchased, the package is accepted by the carrier, or the carrier has started delivery. If a shipment is lost, damaged in transit, or never accepted by the carrier, we will review the issue with the store and carrier.

- ✕Expecting different color, size, or model (descriptions provided)
- ✕Cosmetic damage consistent with condition rating
- ✕Missing accessories shown in photos
- ✕Compatibility issues (check before purchase)
